　　Job Description Primary Function of Position:

　　Seeking a candidate who works with Intuitive Korea Marketing team as primary facilitator and administrator of marketing communication activities. ISK is looking for a candidate that is interested in da Vinci robotic assisted surgery to get familiar with marketing events and operations with room to grow.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　this position has responsibility and authority for:

　　Commercial events Planning and ManagementFacilitate, administer all logistics and documentation required for tradeshows, symposiums, and product presentationsCreate appropriate documentation required for approval using Ariba system and compliance via KMDIA regulationsManage related vendors and agenciesMarketing tools and collaterals development and managementSupport development of marketing communication tools for product and clinical marketing functionsSupport the process of release commercial collaterals using Agile systemManage stocks of print materials and promotional itemsDemo system management supportScheduling and executing for logistics of the da Vinci Surgical System, I&A, and ancillary items required at commercial team events.Manage demo system inventory, utilization, and effectivenessMarketing administrationMarketing budget managementProject tacker and KPI monitoring Qualifications Skill/Job Requirement

　　Minimum Bachelor degree in science preferredPreferred 3+ years of job experience relevant to this roleSelf-starter with the ability to edit and update Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with content management systems and document control systems. Competent in and comfortable with production and desktop publishing ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.Interpersonal skills; ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams to reach common project goalsPrefer English speaker  Additional Information This is a 2-year contract position.
