The Marketing Manager is a key member of the Marketing organization, and a significant partner in the creation and subsequent execution and support of marketing initiatives both at a central and site level to ensure effective activation and ongoing measurement of success within an account. This role supports a LifeWorks account with merchandising, marketing communications, strategy development and promotions.? Serving as a liaison between LifeWorks culinary team and operators, the Marketing Manager ensures that client and consumers? needs are met, while adhering to LifeWorks standards.
COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $75,000.00 to $90,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic planning, innovation, and creativity: developing marketing plans, new strategies, and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.Merchandising: ownership of the merchandising of all retail and promotional items within the café space, with a goal of increasing sales and driving more foot traffic within an area.Design: proficiency in graphic design is necessary for this role, with experience in Canva a plus, as this position leads the creation of all design assets within the account.Conducting marketing research and data collection: this role will hold focus groups, as well as participate in surveying, trend development/research, and competitive pricing analysis. Sales support: the role will develop and execute annual campaigns, including oral and written presentations, to various target groups. Support business development: this role will support Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses, as well as sales presentations and Client Business Reviews (CBRs). Marketing: this role will coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, social media marketing.Build relationships: this role will regularly meet with clients, organization department heads, and subgroups/community groups to describe strategic and approach to marketing new products or initiatives. Client relationship: this will role connect with clients on a regular basis to present new ideas and plans for delivery on client-driven goals.

Qualifications
3-5 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience A passion for the Hospitality industry, as well as Food and Beverage servicesBachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing A proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programsA demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically Must have excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction skills Must be able to efficiently utilize social media, Canva, and MS Office programs to accomplish work tasks
