Accenture currently has an opportunity for a marketing manager based in the Dublin office. The successful candidate will work as part of the local marketing and communications team to lead recruitment marketing within Ireland.
This role is responsible for running marketing for both Graduate and Experienced Hire recruitment in Ireland. Within this role there is also a strong component of telling our Talent Brand story – and helping to bring to life Corporate Citizenship and Inclusion & Diversity stories as part of our Talent Brand.
The right candidate will drive our employer positioning as an employer of choice to help attract the right talent and drive Accenture’s positioning and awareness an inclusive environment in the country in alignment with our Inclusion & Diversity strategy. You will work closely with colleagues in other marketing and comms disciplines, in HR, in Recruitment and our business.
Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for recruitment marketing programmes and activities that will strengthen our employer brand - from the planning stage, through to activation and implementation and finally on to measurement. This involves working closely with our global team to adapt the global candidate programmes for the Ireland experience.
As part of the mission, you will be involved in university collaborations, partnerships, talent programmes. Our graduate recruitment programme represents a major moment and there is a notable peak in activity to get our campus programmes up and running at the right time.
You will also be responsible for how we tell our Corporate Citizenship and Inclusion & Diversity stories, working with many bodies and organisations in the third sector and telling these to our talent audiences.
Day to day you will:
Work in daily partnership with the HR and recruitment teams
Ensure our employer value proposition, key messages and brand values are accurately reflected in everything we do
Align local priorities with the global strategy to build a suitable candidate marketing strategy for Ireland that responds to local hiring needs and local requirements
Support events and campus activities targeting talent
Tailor global programmes to respond to local hiring needs
360-degree activation of campaigns across a broad channel strategy, working with our teams across marketing and communications
Managing specific administrative and financial tasks: measurement and response, procurement, contracts archiving, budget updates
Qualifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to form relationship at senior levels within a large, global organisation.
Minimum 7+ years hands-on marketing experience, with a broad skill set.
Brilliant project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
A standout colleague with phenomenal interpersonal skills.
Creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns.
Enthusiasm, passion for marketing, can-do attitude and learner mind-set.
Technical skills
Strong basic writing skills are crucial
Comfort with social media platforms
Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
A basic understanding of the principles of design (some digital design skills would be a bonus)
Experience using corporate CRM systems would be useful, but not essential as long as you can show an ability to learn quickly.
