As a member of the global Internal Communications (IC) team, you will be part of the Marketing & Communications organization that contributes to improved business clarity, pride in our work, enhanced performance, better experiences for our people, and, ultimately, the transformational impact for our clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders to engage, curate, and collaborate on every aspect of the IC team's reach to drive and enhance global coverage across all verticals and career stages. You will be responsible for managing various communication channels and ensuring the delivery of consistent and impactful messages to our global internal audience.
Strong candidates will be digital-first storytellers with proven experience in internal communications, marketing or PR, understanding its link to employee engagement, employee advocacy, brand strategy, and leadership enablement. Your Impact:
Create communications destinations on our corporate intranet, thoughtfully designed for maximum impact - identifying opportunities for communications improvements that enhance our culture and positively impact employee engagement. Develop and implement communication plans to effectively reach and engage employees across various channels, including but not limited to email, intranet, digital signage, and social media platforms.Cultivate and maintain relationships and partnerships across teams to gather information, content, and updates to be shared with employeesCreate and curate engaging and informative content for internal communication channels, ensuring alignment with company values, goals, and brand guidelines.Monitor and analyze the performance of communication channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance employee engagement.Coordinate and manage internal events, such as town halls, leadership forums, and employee recognition programs.Provide guidance and support to other team members on internal communication initiatives.
Qualifications
Hourly Pay Range: $35-$45 USD
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. The actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and the specific skillset required for the work.
