Responsibilities:
Manage the development and execution of the segment strategy and plan including acquisition and nurture programs, campaigns, account-based strategies, and product launch support to drive demand, improve brand awareness, and build funnel to achieve revenue targets.
Lead the creation of compelling marketing content and assets for use across multiple marketing channels and audience targets. Assets may include blog posts, case studies, articles, whitepapers, and infographics.
Track, report, and manage analyses for all executed programs and make adjustments to maximize effectiveness of efforts and budget.
Manage event marketing/tradeshows in collaboration with the global events team including booth presence, sponsorships, and pre/post show engagement.
Understand key sales success factors, buyer needs, buyer personas and barriers while developing programs and tactics to address them.
Monitor and analyze healthcare trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
Work closely and collaboratively with Segment Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Content and Digital Experience teams.
Manage budgets, timelines, and internal teams in program execution.
Stay current with marketing trends and best practices. Consistently seek new ways to test and improve programs.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fieldQualifications:
At least eight (8) years related marketing experience
Previous healthcare marketing experience preferred
Experience with Marketo, DemandBase and Salesforce.com a plus.
Ability to manage multiple-time sensitive requests, troubleshoot, and prioritize appropriately in a deadline-oriented marketing department
Ability to maintain a consistently high level of attention to detail
A high degree of personal initiative, accountability, and integrity
Ability to build effective relationships and work on teams with a wide range of people
Flexible to changing priorities
