  As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand, drive revenue, and increase market share.

  Collaborate with the senior management team to define marketing goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.

  Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

  Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and advertising.

  Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

  Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimize future strategies.

  Oversee the hotel's digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and online review platforms.

  Coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation.

  Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to recommend innovative and effective strategies.

  Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

  Preferably candidates with pre-opening hotel experience.

  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.

  Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry or a related field.

  In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

  Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

  Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and compelling marketing materials.

  Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team.

  Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
