About This Role:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of programs that create relevant two-way interactions with local buyers to inform and influence their buying decisions and broader relationship with Forrester.
As a key member of the EMEA marketing team, the successful candidate for this role will partner with the sales and research teams to develop marketing plans that build awareness, create demand, and drive bookings.
Job Description:
Engage proactively with local sales teams to understand sales goals, identify marketing requirements, and gather feedback on marketing activities.
Engage proactively with central marketing teams to review plans, share local requirements, and provide feedback on global/regional programs and assets.
Lead the development of annual and quarterly plans in partnership with regional sales teams.
Manage local marketing budget.
Assess local marketing readiness and identify optimization opportunities.
Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to local demand marketing programs.
Capture and analyse local buyer insights gathered through human and non-human interactions.
Use buyer insights to segment and optimize target audiences.
Analyse local pipeline volume, performance, and forecasts.
Identify local lead routing and scoring requirements and changes.
Manage local service-level agreement (SLA) deliverables.
Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with the sales team.
Tailor global and regional programs and assets; create or commission new market — specific programs to be activated in the market.
Research, choose, design, and manage live field events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, ensuring cohesive pre-, at-, and post-event strategies to increase engagement and response rates.
Work with central teams to develop sales enablement tools, programs in a box, training, and content.
Communicate with and educate the sales team about new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local programs.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or marketing qualification.
B2B marketing experience within demand or field marketing.
Experience in collaborating and working closely with a large sales team.
Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.
Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, and ON24 is a plus.
Experience in hosting events, from planning to execution and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.
Fluency in English is essential.
