What You'll Bring: Minimum 3-year undergraduate degree or diploma marketing or communication focused. 6-8 years' experience in marketing or communication Sound knowledge of key marketing disciplines not limited to GTM strategies, market development, driving adoption of digital services, B2B marketing, digital marketing and relationship marketing. Post graduate qualification in marketing preferable.Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, lead generation programs and thought leadership initiatives. Proficient in overall strategic marketing planning, promotion and communications. Proven experience managing and tracking programs using Salesforce or another CRM.Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Accountable for delivering results. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying due dates and requirements.Must have managed a marketing team or similar.Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across business units.Must be well organized with excellent analytical and negotiating skills, combined with superior oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying due dates and requirements.Must be proficient with Eloqua, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, AEM, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Workfront.Bilingual is an asset (English and French)Impact You'll Make:
We are seeking a passionate, innovative Marketing Manager to improve our company's marketing strategies and competitiveness. As a Marketing Manager, your duties will include increasing our market share through compelling marketing activities, leading a wide variety of marketing operations for Canada and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
The Marketing Manager partners with the business to develop and implement integrated, strategically aligned marketing campaigns, and delivers marketing, PR, communications, and brand projects. This individual is recognized by stakeholders for marketing subject matter expertise. They operationalize strategy through project management and deliver within budget, applying best practice marketing principles and leveraging key partnerships internally and externally.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to drive growth by: Driving and defining the implementation of brand campaigns and solutions launches. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure flawless, on-time and high impact delivery of marketing campaigns to help achieve company, product & vertical lead objectives. Working with senior team members to help define and co-ordinate brand or communication marketing strategies. Understanding the impact of that strategy and respective marketing ROI across our business. Being accountable for influenced revenue targets through marketing activity. Preparing budget forecasts, managing payments, leading the process for tracking and reporting. Managing and inspiring team members who will report into you.Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to: Manages marketing activity and provides direction and support across the business. Leads the execution of strategic marketing projects. Builds and manages operational relationships with internal stakeholders. Ensures continuous improvement and professional development.
