The Marketing Communications Manager position plays a critical role in the development and execution of targeted marketing activities for our external audiences. Using your creative technical and problem-solving skills you will expertly manage marketing and communications projects with a goal to help build a unique presence for FS Insights and Data, FS I&D, externally and within the global Capgemini organization.
As a member of the FS I&D team you will be joining a rapidly growing successful global business unit, where you will work directly with senior leaders, global colleagues and partner companies. Job Responsibilities:
Handle external marketing projects focused on showcasing our FS I&D thought leadership solutions events and more from ideation through delivery and measurement.Assist with proofing, editing and managing the development of high impact thought leadership content and marketing collateral focused on generating new conversations with current and potential clients. Coordinate, manage and develop content for internal and external events including client meetings, industry conferences webinars and others. Drive awareness and engagement with our core marketing channels including content published on our organization website.Social media handles webinars and other generate data driven recommendations for the improvements to the existing marketing processes to increase the efficiencies more effectively target audiences and drive new business.Expand your marketing technology stack skills through trainings and hands on experimentation focusing on web platforms.Salesforce Pardot and others Assist with other internal and external projects as needed including social media presentations project management and more.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing business or communications.7+ years of experience in a marketing role at a global financial services technology or professional services company. Experience in developing content for webpages, emails, social media and marketing collateral e.g., sales sheets, client success stories, case studies etc, focused on external audiences. Willingness to take a hands-on approach to developing delivering and managing projects.Highly motivated self-starter that is comfortable working independently and collaborating as part of a team. Ability to deliver against tight deadlines. Good interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Ability to work in a PC environment with intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications:
Professional services experience with a focus on technology or IT services.Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM applications Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Transparency:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 103330 - $128656 / year.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
