Job Description

　　The Intern position is responsible working together as a team in generating effective strategies for Meal Plan sales and Seminole Dining customer service. We are looking for a self-motivated, resourceful, reliable intern who can take initiative on starting new projects and coming up with new ideas that can benefit the team.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Managing Card Office walk ups, Seminole Dining email and phone linesManaging card office student workers Managing training for all first point of contact customer service in the University card office Closely communicating with marketing manager to manage the big picture for meal plan sales growth and opportunities.

　　ROI, data analytics, meal plan sales.Plans and coordinates needs to increase meal plan usage, value, and convenience.Updating data in reporting systemsWork with University, Aramark, and Seminole Dining IT towards automating eCommerce and Meal Plan orders.Maintaining manual Meal Plan order fulfillment, changes, etc. until automation is achieved.

　　Qualifications

　　? 0-2 years? experience with Customer Service and Meal Plan Purchasing preferred.

　　? Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

　　? Experience or knowledge of MS Access, a plus but not required.

　　? Must demonstrate strong problem solving skills, both analytical and conceptual.

　　Remain professional at all times when communicating with clients and other staff members.

　　? Ability to translate raw data and analytical results into clear written and verbal communication to internal stakeholders

　　? Ability to be a part of multiple projects and initiatives of varying size and complexity, while meeting conflicting deadlines in a diverse challenging environment.

　　? Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation, plus the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and behavior styles.

　　? Ability to manage and prioritize time and projects in an efficient manner.
