Your New Role...
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing activity for Warner Bros. Pictures International in the Belgian narket
In this role you will assist the two Senior Marketing Coordinators on the fine tuning of local marketing strategy, and the way it is translated concretely into tasks, processes, and projects.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Coordinating online and offline media campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Marketing CoordinatorsCoordinates promotional materials and localization with creative agencies through briefing and deliveries.Responsible for setting up and delivering media campaigns on time and with the best performance.Assists with presentation of marketing plans and reporting.Keeps records and reports on online and digital (media) activities of competitors and other stakeholders.Uploads, localizes, coordinates and distributes social media apps/banners/skins/tabs/games/etcManages web portals and social media channels & social media agenda.Coordinates Influencers/creators database and support marketing coordinator senior for all influence campaigns.Coordinates big ideas regarding influencers/events & organic social media.Actively participates in the local premieres and events.Daily monitoring of WB titles in-theater or on exhibitors' websites, social media channels, etc.Regular updates of the marketing portal with new materials and information
Qualifications and Experience...
Relevant academic background in Communication, PR, or MarketingAn interest in or passion for movies is a must-have.Excellent communication skills in Flemish, French & English (verbal and in writing)Computer skills required: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)Good planning, organization, and communication skillsDriven, autonomous whilst having a team spirit and curious.Proactive when faced with challenges and changing priorities.
