Your New Role...
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Director and will contribute to all marketing campaigns, branded entertainment initiatives and overall goals of the TNT, TBS, and TruTV Marketing Department within Warner Brothers Discovery. The Coordinator is the hub of creative asset movement, deliverables, tracking, media trafficking and final asset delivery, supporting the team with project tracking, vendor management, and logistics.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Provides assistance to the TBS, TNT, TruTV marketing staff in the implementation of marketing and media campaigns (i.e. television, print, outdoor, social media and digital creative, promotions, and partnerships). Includes the development, approval, creation, coordination and delivery of creative assets.Track project schedules & timelines, deliverables and budgets with senior staffAssist in carrying out tactical parts of marketing and media plansResponsible for assisting Marketing Director and marketing team with materials needed for presentations including designing PowerPoint campaign presentations and preparing documents for meetingsResponsible for coordination of marketing collateral including working with management to select campaign creative, working with outside vendors when appropriate to create new materials, proofing materials and distributing to key stakeholders on a timely basis. Then processing purchase orders and invoices for payment.Assists in promotions and partnerships, including budget management for creation and production of materials.Liaison for agencies, vendors, and external partners on quality and delivery. Gathers and compiles competitive intelligence for analysis by senior level marketing staff. Handles setting meetings as neededManages status reports and processing any billing needs in the finance system.
Qualifications and Experience...
1-2 years' experience in marketing, media, entertainment, television and/or streamingBachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and hands-on experience
