We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team in Northwest Europe. The ideal candidate will be a visionary marketer capable of developing disruptive campaigns that not only resonate with target audiences but also drive HP brand preference to the next level. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate subject matter knowledge, creativity, a challenger mindset and ideally with some previous experience in campaign creation.
Responsibilities:
Marketing content creation:
Develop integrated marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments.
Drive customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and repeat business through creative and disruptive campaigns.
Generate compelling content based on country-specific needs and customer insights.
Own, lead and manage shoots end-to-end working alongside key stakeholders.
Responsible for managing rights usage of key assets.
Manage creative budget.
Develop and manage creative and shoot timelines.
Work with external agencies and key stakeholders on all aspects of developing videos.
Develops and delivers against marketing communications strategies, policies, standards and direction.
Develops concepts, mood boards, shot lists and internal and agency briefs.
Manage and track deliverables produced within the Product Marketing Team, WW Marketing and external agencies.
Contributes to the development and adoption of innovative creative principles and practices across HP.
Develops insights-led marketing assets and new product introductions that directly tie into the business goals and objectives, that in turn demonstrate clear ROI and increased brand metrics.
Ensure close collaboration with business and regional marketing partners.
Champions and continually drives adoption of leading-edge innovative marketing communications techniques across the business.
Brief agencies effectively, evaluating creatives to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Ensure correct and timely delivery of assets from agencies.
Ensure all creative assets have legal approvals and proper substantiation.
Align creative concepts with value propositions and overarching brand messaging.
Ensure the implementation of campaigns adheres to organizational guidelines and brand standards.
Provide guidance and support to regional teams for seamless execution.
Budget planning and process management accountability and problem solving.
Skills:
Ability to articulately present ideas, making persuasive arguments in presentations to senior leadership.
Ability to think creatively while basing ideas in strategy and data.
Ability to evaluate data and present findings clearly (proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint) and recommend actions based on that data.
Candidate must be resourceful and solution oriented.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in developing and managing creative marketing campaigns
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and agencies.
