What is the job about?
The Marketing Communication Supervisor has the overall responsibility to deploy marketing communication activities in China based on the Regional Marketing plan and content strategy, and takes lead in creating satisfactory internal and external customer experience via creative communication format and well-planned agenda and material, etc. This is done in close collaboration with CBS Global Marketing team and Regional team.
Your main responsibilities :
Responsible for evaluation, plan and implementation of marketing communication activities in China region incl. exhibition, forum, seminar, etc. at industrial and vertical level. Report performance matrics and RoMI.
Proactively support customer event and factory/show room visits from planning to follow-up, ensure coverage of new prospects and optimal customer engagement across different touch points for leads nurturing and conversion.
Take lead in influencing key stakeholders to coordinate resource and prepare materials required for marketing communication activity.
Responsible for regional MQL process from collection, upload, assign, tracking and regular reporting.
Analysis of leads quality and conversion rate for optimal communication channel, format and leads process.
Administrator and coordinator for CBS demos for exhibition.
Participate in CBS Marketing projects communities and join cross divisional communication projects on behalf of CBS China.
Continuously explore creative communication formats, materials and engagement activities to generate satisfactory customer experience.
Support in other Marketing activities.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent combined with 5 years of experience in Marketing Communication role.
Strong in organizing and implementing activites with ample knowledge in managing various communication format.
Proven skills in evaluating and maneuvering the optimal communication landscape in China within b2b.
Proven skills within project management also in global context.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders and external organizations and associations/media.
Proven experience in working internationally and following rules set out globally including working in large matrix organizations.
Proven ability in campaign performance analysis and reporting, and develop optimization plan.
Excellent communicating in English both written and verbally.
