Description
Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced, data-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join the Global Sponsorship team. In this role, you will execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels to drive AWS Sponsorship sales and customer acquisition.
As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will develop, execute, and optimize global campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Analytics, Content, Email, Social, Brand, Web, Paid Media Marketing, as well as external agencies.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time, and will have a proven track record executing integrated demand generation campaigns from ideation through launch that drive demand, acquire new leads, increase sponsorship adoption, and expand awareness of AWS Global Sponsorship Program.
This role will be an individual contributor role.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns, focused on key AWS Global Sponsorship priority program themes and topics that are designed to generate leads and direct revenue for AWS Global Sponsorship team globally.
• Partner with Marketing teams (Social, Web, SEO, Paid Media, Content, Brand, Program leads, and Regional Marketing, etc.) to produce and implement program messaging and assets across the priority regions and channels.
• Collaborate with the leadership to define, develop, and implement integrated multi-channel campaign strategies.
• Manage the website updates, optimization, and tracking.
• Set up tracking for demand generation activities. Work with the reporting analyst to measure, analyze, and report overall campaign performance, sales, and conversion rates.
• Prioritize business and information needs with leadership guidance.
• Collaborate the development of demand generation assets and translation (email, landing pages, banners, social ads, sales emails, etc.) working with content writer, Brand team, and external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution
• Experience with buyer’s journey, nurture tactics, personas, and lead scoring.
A day in the life
During campaign development you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and partners, including Content, Brand, Program leads, and Operation, as well as agencies, to execute campaign strategy. You will then work in close collaboration with Web, Email, Social, and Paid Media marketing teams to activate and launch the campaign. During and post launch, you will work with Analytics team to track campaign results and report weekly and monthly performance. You will highlight performance against goals, identify risks, challenges, and areas of opportunity, as well as campaign optimizations to be implemented based on insights garnered from data.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Experience using email platforms and editing HTML
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
