Summary:
At DFIN, we're building out Marketing to be a fast-paced, collaborative, digitally-focused, revenue-generating team. To build on this momentum, we're searching for a highly qualified Campaign Director to work on this team. The Director will contribute to Marketing's revenue goals by designing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to target, engage, convert and upsell prospects and clients. She/he will be responsible for identifying marketing opportunities, devising strategies to execute across our digital channels, coordinating marketing staff, internal / external SMEs and agencies, and managing all aspects of the campaign process. In addition to prior Campaign Manager and / or Digital Marketing experience, the ideal candidate must be a team player and organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and orchestrate comprehensive marketing campaigns in both North America and EMEA to achieve company objectives (grow revenue, launch product, etc.) Oversee campaign budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to create campaign assets. Work with Product Marketers to define target audiences and develop tailored messaging for various marketing channels. Collaborate with Digital Marketers and agencies to drive online visibility and engagement across digital platforms (e.g., Google, Social / Paid Social, Email, 6Sense Display, etc.) and A/B test when possible. Measure campaign performance using Google Analytics & Salesforce dashboards to measure the success and impact of the campaigns. Based on results, optimize campaigns, course correcting when needed. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance for the Marketing team and Leadership. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies. Ensure campaigns comply with legal, ethical and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's a plus). 10 years Marketing experience with 3 - 4 most recent years in a campaign manager capacity. Proven results as a Marketing Campaign Manager or similar role. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics software. Strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines. Proven organizational skills to keep other team members on track. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant platforms is advantageous.
