CLA is currently seeking a Marketing Campaign Analyst - Senior to join our firmwide marketing team! The Marketing Campaign Analyst - Senior role supports day-to-day marketing operations including marketing activities, tactics, and reports executed within the MA platform. They will work with the marketing and IT solutions teams to execute targeted marketing campaigns and communications for awareness, lead generation, and nurturing. They help marketing and the business make data-driven decisions using reporting and analytics to improve campaign performance. This role will be part of a project team with primary line of reporting to the Director of Marketing - Communications and works closely with joint marketing/IT project team. How you'll create opportunities in this Marketing Campaign Analyst - Senior role: Campaigns Set up and execute marketing emails and campaigns (including dynamic and smart content, personalization). Build and advise on email builds to incorporate appropriate CTAs for reporting. Build, test, and manage workflows, sequenced and trigger campaigns. Plan and perform A/B testing. Update or create campaign journeys. Analytics Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously. Create reports to track, measure, and evaluate campaign performance. Advise on KPIs to inform reporting requirements (work with PowerBI team). Data and Integrity Manage contact data in MA for alignment across systems. Manage and oversee integrity of lists in MA platform, including opt-in and suppression lists. Manage data fields, segmentation, categorization and tags within MA platform. Advise on and maintain data cleansing processes. Templates and Process Create and maintain MA templates. Develop and deploy MA platform training guides. What you will need: Five years of hands-on experience building and delivering campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools in support of set campaign strategy. Experience with other up/downstream digital marketing processes and solutions preferred. Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Certification in MS D365 or other MA platforms preferred. Technical Competencies Strong business acumen with an understanding of client journeys and basic graphic design principles.
