MARKETING ASSISTANT - BNL

　　At Coty we are looking for a Marketing Assistant who will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the beauty industry, playing a crucial role effectively promoting and engaging with products and target audiences.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　As our Marketing Assistant you are responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans for the Benelux region working with cross-functional teams and managing the day-to-day business needs.

　　Performing a rich variety of tasks which are not limited to;

　　Supporting BNL marketing team on Marketing Strategy Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and events Brand execution; Brand consistency across all Marketing tasks and support administrative tasks such as PO Creation and Events management Commercial strategy execution

　　The team consists of the Marketing Director of Consumer Brands and Prestige and you will work closely together with several departments such as Marketing, Sales, Logistics and the Design Studio. As a Marketing Assistant you will get to discover many aspects of local marketing focusing both on long -term brand building, as well as short -term business drivers like promotion or trade activations. You will thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

　　Other than that, you will have:

　　Bachelor's degree 2+ years relevant work experience in marketing, trade marketing or product management. Knowledge in some areas of marketing (programs development, media, market analysis, market research, P&L & A&CP management, marketing plans development...) and good project management skills. Experience in beauty categories is a plus, experience in skincare would be ideal. Dutch & English fluency required, French is desirable
