  Additional Manager''s role:- On-Site / Hybrid role- Hours: Predominantly 9 to 5 (8:45 to 16:45) with possible of additional hours required- Must Have skills and experiences: Pricing knowledge, good excel skills to process vast amounts of information, good communication, ability to follow processes and good analysis skills.- Years of experience required: Preferable minimum of 3 years of experience.

  Summary:- Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service.- Responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.- Typically has a Bachelors degree or equivalent training and experience with media communication and reporting.

  Education/Experience- Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent training required- 5-7 years related experience required

  Skills- Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage ones time- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services- Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods

  Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.- Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies- Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.- Direct trained survey interviewers.
