Marketing Analytics Specialist will play an important role in both strategic projects and day to day operations. The role will be driving and supporting marketing performance reporting while ensuring data compliance, health, and flow of data. They will contribute to building, optimizing, and automating data management and tracking processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing customer engagement and experience.
A day in the Life:
Create, maintain, and be responsible for regular marketing performance, budgeting and market intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce, integrating data from multiple sources and providing analytics and insights to inform marketing strategy.Support the improvement of efficiency by implementing the automated reporting process across functions.Present actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing organization, enabling data-driven strategic decision-making to support business growth.Collaborate with a sophisticated and dynamic marketing organization to anticipate, optimize, and evolve data strategies, considering the business requirements and system integrations.Influence the planning and execution of large-scale multi-functional marketing data and analytics projects.
Keys to Success:
Education
Degree in an analytical field (Math, Economics, Computing, Statistics etc.), or equivalent education and experience in database management and analytics
Experience
Confirmed experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, and business intelligence reporting.Sophisticated knowledge and experience of Power BI, Salesforce (SFDC), Adobe, Excel tools.Experienced with reporting packages, comfortable in manipulating and integrating large data sets, critical thinking skills, can visualize metrics to clearly communicate key insights.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to present executive summaries of practical recommendations to team members and leadership teams.Confirmed project management and organizational abilitiesStrong communication skills, experience in taking care of multiple and diverse internal collaborators, interacting with business and technology partners across organization.English verbal and written proficiency
