Job Description Work with and support the Head of Country Marketing in the strategic development and seamless execution of key consumer and customer marketing programs.
Consumer/Strategy
Supporting the execution of consumer marketing campaigns
Supervising Indonesia social agency in the execution of social content production
Preparing regular competitive review, and conducting desktop research on consumer, market/industry, and current trends
Leading the production of POSM and merchandising, and supervising the POSM placement
Leading Visa Indonesia Website and offer page maintenance
Customer
Supporting the relationship and executions of co-marketing campaigns with Visa Client banks, which utilizing Visa global (FIFA, Olympic) and regional sponsorship (Shanghai Fashion Week, Wellington on a Plate, Taronga Zoo, etc.) assets, as well as Client-led events
Leading marketing projects revenue reporting
Leading the production of EDMs of Visa offers for distribution to Visa Client banks.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Marketing/Communications or equivalent
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of proven experience of marketing execution and project management, at top-tier Financial, Payments, Technology or FMCG industry preferred – from client or agency’s side
• Digital marketing experience will be an advantage
• Stakeholder management skills. Especially client-servicing skills and client-centricity mindset. Collaborative mindset in forging partnership with Visa marketing team’s external stakeholders (banks and merchants), and internal stakeholders, is a must
• Strong in analytical thinking and complex project management
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in both verbal and written formats
• Possess high learning agility, can-do attitude, and hands-on experiences
• Passion for Visa business, technology innovation, with high energy and intelligence
• An independent individual, yet a reliable team player.
