If your answer is "yes", you might have the determination lead two teams as Market Team Manager (MTM) based either in our Cambodia or Bangkok office.
As the MTM, you will be responsible for managing two teams of Account Executives and Managers while Collaborating with the Area Manager to improve hotel availability and supply. You will also build quantity and quality reports on results and performance for information support to Booking.com in order to meet the demands of the visitors on our website.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties : Leading and mentoring a team of employees to achieve both interpersonal and individual objectives Responsible for internal and external recruitment activities in the team Driving the development of individuals, using frameworks and tools to empower the team Maintaining a positive relationship with the meaningful partners to achieve targets and growth Maintaining ties with partners through accompanying team members on visits, events and industry conferences Participate in various partner events with the objective to support business results.
