If your answer is "yes", you might have the determination lead two teams as Market Team Manager (MTM) based either in our Cambodia or Bangkok office.

  As the MTM, you will be responsible for managing two teams of Account Executives and Managers while Collaborating with the Area Manager to improve hotel availability and supply. You will also build quantity and quality reports on results and performance for information support to Booking.com in order to meet the demands of the visitors on our website.

  Key Job Responsibilities and Duties : Leading and mentoring a team of employees to achieve both interpersonal and individual objectives Responsible for internal and external recruitment activities in the team Driving the development of individuals, using frameworks and tools to empower the team Maintaining a positive relationship with the meaningful partners to achieve targets and growth Maintaining ties with partners through accompanying team members on visits, events and industry conferences Participate in various partner events with the objective to support business results. Being the market authority on the industry by understanding the spectrum of the competitors and the landscape of partners Reviewing team targets' pace to ensure meeting business goals by guiding and mentoring the team in planning and prioritizing Being the authority on the operational side to drive efficiency and effectiveness Role Qualifications and Requirements : Solution oriented and committed Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful Consistent track record in leading cross-functional teams in an international environment Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as developing and directing a team Analytical skills Excellent commercial skill and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask & flexible demeanour Proficient in English Travel for work to the market for up to 50% of the time This is a hybrid role that must be based either in Cambodia or Bangkok - i.e. two to three days spent in the office, others could be remote and/or working in clients' locations - depending on the market needs Benefits & Perks: Global Impact: https://careers.booking.com/our-benefits/ Booking.com's Total Rewards Philosophy is not only about compensation but also about benefits.
