  About the role

  The Insights team is looking for a motivated individual with an analytics background who wants to expand their skill set into customer research. This person will be responsible for providing strategic analytics support to the Insights organization, as well conducting primary and secondary customer research to support GoodRx's Retail team. Specifically, this person will be responsible for:

  Leading high-level, strategic research projects that combine business and site analytics with consumer research. These projects will deliver insights to teams across the organization;Building and managing a company-wide insights dashboard that provides relevant statistics and consumer data to cross-functional teams;Partnering with other Insights team members to provide supplemental business and site analytics to support their work; and,Managing all research for the GoodRx Retail team, including pharmacist surveys, interviews and NPS tracking.

  The ideal candidate for this position is:

  A strategic thinker who can translate data into insights that address business needs;An analytics powerhouse who knows how to pull and analyze customer data, build models and dashboards, and identify the right takeaways;A person who has experience with and/or wants to transition into customer research, specifically learning how to develop surveys, conduct interviews, leverage secondary datasets and analyze site behaviors/journeys;A self-starter who delivers research quickly and independently, and takes initiative when they see research opportunities; and,A storyteller who can communicate findings in a compelling, meaningful way.

  This is a great opportunity for someone who has a quantitative research background and/or is looking to transition from an analytics or business intelligence position into a broader, strategic customer insights role. There will be mentorship and guidance provided to help broaden this person's skills in both quantitative and qualitative methods, with the opportunity for visibility and wide influence in the organization.

  Required Skills/Experience:

  This person must have 8+ years of professional experience (or 6 years and a master's degree) in analytics, business intelligence, data science or consumer/user research.Experience with SQL and Tableau (or other visualization/dashboarding software) is requiredPresentation building skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and a good eye for concise data visualizationExceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize findings for non-technical audiences and leadership

  Preferred Skills/Experience:

  Experience analyzing survey dataA knowledge of Qualtrics, Userzoom, dscout, Quantum Metric, Sermo and/or IQVIA .Experience in healthcare is also preferred.

  At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

  San Francisco Office:

  $136,000.00 - $216,000.00

  New York and Seattle Offices:

  $124,000.00 - $198,000.00

  Santa Monica Office:

  $113,000.00 - $180,000.00

  Other Office Locations:

  $102,000.00 - $162,000.00
