Mission Essential is currently seeking a Maritime OPIR Exploitation Analyst to support the Office of Navy Intelligence (ONI) as an imagery cell inDayton, Ohio.The ideal candidate will have experience with the Navy missions, threats, and maritime environment and demonstrated ability to support analyticproduction derived from OPIR imagery in support of national, operational, and tactical requirements. The candidates will exploit, analyze, correlateand integrate maritime Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) with other intelligence disciplines.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* TS/SCI clearance; a currentCI poly is desired.* Experience in, andunderstanding of, the naval / maritime domain and the associated regionalenvironments, facilities, civil maritime and naval platforms, and weaponsystems.* 5 years of experience inexploiting and analyzing national imagery for the maritime domain in support ofthe Navy or U.S. Coast Guard.* 2 years of practicalexperience using the following OPIR systems, including (but not limited to):* Paletteand/or GEOCOMPASS (OPIR exploitation software tool)* Web-based IRData for Ops and War Fighter (WIDOW)* 1 year of practicalexperience working with ArcGIS-based tools* 1 year of experiencewriting technical intelligence products, reports and briefs* Familiarity with OPIRtasking and requirements tools, including GEOINT Information Management Systems(GIMS) and new, emerging tools.Mission Essential considers all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
