Job Description
The Manufacturing Training Engineer will be responsible for the development and delivery of technical training programs to ensure that employees, clients, and partners have the skills and knowledge to effectively utilize, maintain, and support our company's products and technologies. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with the ability to translate complex technical information into engaging and understandable training content.
Responsibilities and Duties:
A) Design and Develop Training Programs:
Create detailed training plans, course materials, and documentation that cater to the technical learning needs of various audiences.
Develop hands-on exercises, assessments, and multimedia visual aids to enhance learning experiences.
B) Deliver Technical Training:
Automate training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and technical backgrounds.C) Training Needs Analysis:
Collaborate with technical teams and management to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization.
Customize training programs to align with evolving product features and industry trends.
D) Maintain Technical Expertise:
Stay up to date with the latest developments in the company's products, services, and relevant technologies.
Attend product development meetings and provide input from a training perspective.
E) Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
Implement feedback mechanisms and evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Analyze feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve training content and delivery.
F) Certification and Compliance:
Ensure that training programs are compliant with industry standards and certifications.
Assist trainees in obtaining necessary certifications, if applicable.
G) Post-Training Support:
Provide technical support and follow-up to trainees to reinforce learning and application of skills.
Develop and maintain a repository of training resources for ongoing reference.
H) Training Logistics:
Manage the scheduling and coordination of training sessions, including venue arrangements and equipment setup.
Oversee the distribution of training materials and ensure the availability of necessary tools and resources.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science or a related technical field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, AI and Power BI development or a similar role within a technical environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in using training software, e-learning platforms, and good in programming like Python and Power BI tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have good project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Professional certification in UI development using AI platform.
Experience with video and UI dashboard production and editing for creating engaging training content.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online course delivery.
Background in the specific technical field related to the company's products or services.
