Job Description
Develops, modifies, and executes test plans to ensure the testability and manufacturability of Intel platforms. Defines test equipment and test case requirements and writes test content, standards, and procedures to ensure high test coverage. Drives development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures. Analyzes test results to ensure correct functionality, drives root causes of failures, and recommends corrective action. Applies emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure platform performance to specifications. Modifies test infrastructure design to support automated builds and tests execution across different hardware platforms and operating systems. Improves platform lifecycle by strengthening validation areas and streamlining requirements analysis and test creation processes. Maintains documentation of test results and supports debugging and platform modification activities. Collaborates with architecture, design, and verification teams to improve validation test content and ensures platform quality requirements and goals are met. Monitors yield, failure, and retest issues during build and works with the factory to quickly resolve issues. Responds to customer and client requests and events as they occur.
Qualifications
Drive New Test Technology Development.
Identify and assess gaps and risks. Lead and coordinate the research and test development for new platform, product, features. Work with Test Engineering and Test Developers to define structural, functional, and customer environment test processes to meet test coverage requirements.
Lead team to define and execute Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Process, Test Content and Configurations.
Drive test Requirements and Dependencies, i.e., features, SW, HW, Team Units, etc.
Enforce DFT compliance.
Drive test readiness. Lead development efforts across functional teams, BUs, and CMs/OxMs.
Define component programming strategy. Manage and track programming file revisions, history, for each build.
Enable Factory Test Capability and Capacity. Ensure SOW meets Intel's test requirements. Drive the OxM to meet the SOW. Deliver test HW configuration and fixture planning.
Drive spending efficiency into Mfg Test. Balance quality, cost, and schedule according to customer's needs.
Manage Capital assets through a solid planning and tracking process. Ensure required capital spending is captured during planning cycle and within the budget tool.
Drive Mfg Test Issue closure. Improve test yield to meet quality goals, per milestone.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
