We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician / Subject Matter Expert. This position will be based at our new facility in Fort Worth, TX. Our facility will have over 1000 employees that produce high-quality, engineered, and made-to-order power distribution equipment.
You will make an impact by:
Supporting production lines in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory improvements.
Help develop standard work instructions to be used as training guidelines for new employees.
Improve the training methods and tools based on assessment and/or specified training needs including individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, meetings, eLearning, workshops, refreshers, in person, virtual, and/or self-study!
Deploy Training initiatives partnering with the Management team of different areas.
Planning and execution of continuous improvement projects to improve plant level goals.
Supporting the implementation of innovative technologies, processes, and equipment.
Makes recommendations on methods of operation, workstations, floor layout, and equipment.
Developing/maintaining systems associated with production processes, layouts, flow, equipment, and communications.
Managing the priorities and utilization of resources efficiently.
Working with cross functional teams (quality, manufacturing, materials, design engineering, finance).
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing environment including 3 years with same product
Knowledge of assembly, lean concepts, basic shop math.
Able to interpret or learn to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
Basic computer skills and use of basic mechanical / measuring tools.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $51,030 - $87,480. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
