Job Overview
The Manufacturing Team Leader II (DIR) will be responsible for supporting the Stamping Department's Supervisor and Value Stream Manager in directing and coordinating daily shift support activities for the Stamping production operators. This support includes, but is not limited to, operating stamping presses, ensuring product is being produced to the specified Quality Inspection Plan to assure conformance requirements, following 5S + 1 standard work, maintaining department training and training records, and other job duties as assigned. Individual must be a team player that can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Visually inspect product and gages per the Quality Inspection Plan
• Ensure completed products are packaged per the packing process sheet
• Ensure completion and accuracy of required paperwork to report production, scrap, downtime, trace and repair logs related to assembly equipment and labor reporting
• Follow safety guidelines and ensures others are doing the same
• Adhere to 5S + 1 standards and requirements
• Support actions and assignments to ensure conformance to TE policies and procedures
• Support and identify departments development and training needs and ensure training goals are obtained and are current
• Ensure departments Tier Boards are to standard and current
• Operate assembly machines when needed, making minor adjustments to auxiliary equipment as required
This is a 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
What your background should look like:
Qualifications:
• HS diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use various measuring devices
• Must be proficient in English language

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $33,360 – $50,040 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
