Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
As an MQE, you are technically responsible within production for one or more products and processes.
Both during the start-up phase of new processes and in (existing) series production, you focus on debugging and achieving the series objectives for the entire value stream
Provide daily technical support in production from the start of the production process (delivery of raw materials) to the final product (packaged product, ready for shipment). You are therefore also the direct contact person for the operational departments
Processing and following up internal and external customer complaints (3D/5D/8D)
Responsible for the quality of the product and the quantity (OEE) of your production process
Defining and coordinating cost-saving projects to reduce product costs and optimising processes in order to sustain stable and robust processes.
In consultation with logistics, you define an investment planning for tools (due to end-of-life tools, tool replacement, increased customer demand, etc.)
What your background should look like:
Bachelor/Master's degree in a technical field or are equivalent through experience
Fluent Dutch and English, German is a plus
Have broad technical interest and eager to learn
Strong coordinator and communicator, and a real team player
Highly developed analytical skills
Practical and results-oriented
Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
