Description

　　Leidos Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Manufacturing Manager for the RF & Electronics Warfare Threat System Development Department and to lead a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

　　Duties may include:

　　Ensuring that high-quality manufacturing production operations happens on schedule and within the cost objective. Updates to the hardware technical data package (TDP), to include drawings, and the management of the TDP, is required. Provide measurable input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans in order to implement organizational strategies.

　　Qualifications:

　　Requires a BA/BS degree and 5+ years or prior relevant experience, or Masters with 3+ years of prior relevant experience. 5 years of relevant experience would be considered in lieu of BS/BA degree.2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.Have advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.

　　Preferred Skills:

　　Experience with inventory control and materials management.

　　Security Requirements:

　　Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance to be considered.

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
