Your responsibilities:
You must be familiar with the main work content and workflow of production and operation, responsible for implementing the requirements of HUB, the company, and the Employee Handbook, as well as relevant policies of the company.You will adhere to and implement corresponding safety production, occupational health, and environmental responsibility systems.You will be responsible for implementing and promoting the completion of company training, safety hazard reporting, and SOT indicators.You will be responsible for implementing the relevant requirements of ITM, ECS, CCPR, NCR, etc.You will push the improvement of cost savings in production lines.You will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement and implementing suggestions for continuous improvement. Pay special attention to the improvement of safety, quality, and efficiency.You will be responsible for the allocation of human resources and machinery equipment in the department to meet production and operational needs.You will be responsible for the operations department to carry out production and operation activities by effective rules, regulations, design documents, production documents, and quality documents.You will be responsible for organizing business-related training for department employees, cultivating, and reserving relevant human resources.You will be responsible for coordinating the relationships between our department and other departments and maintaining business relationships in various activities.You will be responsible for continuously improving the production process (continuous improvement, employee suggestions, etc.)You will attend monthly management meetings and HUB meetings related to business.You will guide the production and operation activities of each subordinate branch. Your background:
Full-time bachelor's degree or above.At least 10 working experience in production or related areas and more than 5 years in people management.The operation, quality, and engineering background is preferable.Mature application in office software and familiar with ECS, and ITM.Good communication strong leadership and willingness to learn and improve.Comply with national regulations of employment age, no gender restrictions.Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
