　　Get onboard the COLLINS Aerospace Systems Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) team and play a part in managing our customer’s repair and overhaul products from inception to delivery. You will will learn how to coordinate and manage MRO products and will directly interface with the supply base, Supply Chain commodity Managers, Supplier Development, Engineering, Business Development, Contracts/Legal, Program Office and Operations. You will have the opportunity to develop key management and team skills with ownership over daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

　　This CO-OP will start in early June and end early - mid December 2024.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Daily WIP Status Updates

　　Visual management maintenance and improvements

　　Turnback Analysis from Andon system

　　General organization and 5S of shop areas

　　Continuous improvement

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　C ompleted Sophomore in college prior to co-op starting

　　Experience in leading and/or facilitating workshops/presentations

　　Lead a team or project where you had to make sound professional decisions

　　Willingness to learn and react in a fast paced environment

　　Experience with Microsoft Office products.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or an applicable discipline.

　　The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
