　　The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, AL.

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Manages, develops and motivates employees.

　　This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

　　Shift:

　　Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:

　　This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

　　5+ years experience leading projects and/or teams5+ years experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment5+ years experience using Lean+ and/or Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools5+ years experience developing and executing strategies to meet organization objectives5+ years experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements5+ years experience in developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation.

　　Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

　　Bachelor's degree or higher

　　Pay range: $96,900 - 131,100
