　　Your Responsibilities

　　As a Manufacturing Engineer for John Deere Reman, located in Springfield, MO you will:

　　Support Electronics remanufacturing operations by developing and implementing work instructions, routings, and labor standards.

　　Implement preventative maintenance activities of machines, fixtures and gauges.

　　Perform continuance improvement activities to address safety, quality and productivity.

　　Conduct capital expenditure analysis and procure equipment.

　　Implement LEAN manufacturing processes.

　　What Skills You Need

　　3 or more years of experience in electronics manufacturing operations

　　3 or more years of experience as manufacturing engineer in electronics manufacturing

　　3 or more years of experience implementing or trouble-shooting electronics manufacturing equipment

　　1 or more years of experience implementing capital projects

　　What Makes You Stand Out

　　Working knowledge of database management tools, process and production management systems. - Has understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

　　Background in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, Industrial) - Has understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

　　Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

　　Knowledge of manufacturing process, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance and facilities. - Performs complex functions, understands principles, may teach others.

　　Understands the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP). - Has understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

　　Education

　　Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or 5 years of related experience.What You'll Get
