Boeing Ukraine Engineering & Technology Center is seeking an Manufacturing Engineer.
Position Responsibilities:
Technical management of ME project in Ukraine - compliance with technical/quality requirements and deadlines.Preparation and approval of statements of work and work schedule.Substantiation of tools, human and intellectual resources requirements, risks.Sustenance of communication between team members inside ME team and with customers to provide efficient work.Monitoring of working process and efficiency analysis, data collection and processing (metrics, lessons learned, customer feedback, etc.).Trainings, mentoring and checking of employees.Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies.Updating metrics and statistics for performance tracking.Updating instructions, training materials, internal documents.Work with a team in resolving nontrivial questions and tasks.Compliance with quality management system requirements.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
An Associate's Degree in a related discipline.Fluent level of English.Familiar with the main principles of work with databases and software products.Solid understanding of standards, drawings specifications, technical and maintenance documents.Ability to provide technical support to other engineers.Existing rights to work in Ukraine.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher in an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.Experience with Manufacturing Engineering, preferably with Boeing.Working knowledge of CATIA V5, ENOVIA, PDM, CAPP.General knowledge of most common aerospace (preferably Boeing) Manufacturing processes.Acquaintance with Commercial 7-series product data definition documents is preferred.
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Ph.D., Master+3 years' related work experience).
