Description:
Currently hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer ( Senior Engineer) to support the implementation of product development project initiatives on-site in Hannibal, MO. You will be responsible for providing technical support for the tooling, equipment, and processes used for existing product lines and also new product lines slated for future expansion. Responsibilities: - Work directly with operations' teams to ensure manufacturing process and equipment meets and/or exceeds production requirements - Responsible for timely resolution of manufacturing issues impacting safety, delivery, and cost - Responsible for the implementation of production tooling design - Responsible for supporting continuous improvement and new product processes - Support root cause corrective action and systemic problem elimination - Provide continuous improvements to meet all customer requirements - Develop, lead, recommend, monitor, and drive corrective and preventative actions to resolution.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Education Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering related field (minimum 5 years manufacturing engineering experience) OR - Technical 2-year degree/certificate (10+ manufacturing engineering experience) Technical Qualifications: - Strong background in machine and tooling - Experience eliminating and minimizing waste - Experience working hands-on, problem solving and working on manufacturing floor - Experience managing multiple projects varying in size, scope, and complexity - Experience using lean manufacturing tools and principles - Working knowledge of measurement systems, techniques and analysis including basic GD&T understanding and tolerance stack-up calculations - Working knowledge of quality tools and statistical techniques used in manufacturing (i.e., FMEAs, DRBFMs, process flow maps, SPC, control charts, process capability, MA, Gauge R&R, Operational Method Sheets, work instructions, RCCAs, 8Ds) Soft Skill Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills within engineering to work with broad range of applications, customers, suppliers, and team members - Proactive problem solver - Strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and in team environment - Desire to actively develop other team members through coaching and feedback. Nice to Have's: - Green belt or Black belt certifications - Experience working in manufacturing capacity within R&D projects / product development
