For the Product Management/Product Data Management department of ContiTech Antriebssysteme GmbH in Hanover Vahrenwald, we are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) for 3-6 months (ideally 6 months) starting in mid-April. It is also possible to combine a compulsory share with a voluntary internship of up to 3 months.The work will take place both on-site and remotely.
This includes the following tasks:
Analysis of vehicle carpark data and market information to find new products
Support with product maintenance in the electronic spare parts catalog 'TecDoc' and other catalog formats
Analysis of competitor products and maintenance of product databases
Assistance with the creation of various product data, e.g. product photos for our website
General support in day-to-day business, e.g. telephone customer service, support in processing technical complaints
Students of business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering or comparable courses of study with a focus on business administration, marketing, computer science or automotive engineering
Confident handling of MS Office programs (good knowledge of Excel is essential, knowledge of Access is advantageous)
Fluent German or English language skills (written and spoken)
Independent working style, commitment, ability to work in a team, communication skills
Analytical thinking, interest in automotive technology and basic knowledge of vehicle models are an advantage
