  Job Description

  The Training Account Executive manager (TAE) is responsible for successfully selling a portfolio of training, adoption, and certification offerings designed to help our customers successfully adopt the products they have purchased, in order to achieve their desired business outcomes. These service offerings include private and public virtual and onsite training classes, tailored technical training, custom process user training, adoption accelerator and change enablement services. The ServiceNow Training Account Executive manager is part of the Customer Outcomes Services Sales field team.Every account has an assigned Training Account Executive.

  Key responsibilities •Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future training, adoption, and certification roadmap and driving the right mix of ServiceNow offerings to meet their goals.Collaborate with sales account teams, Customer Outcomes and Success team members, customers, and our ecosystem of partners.Develop a training strategy in an allocated territory with a target prospect list and a strategic training plan.Scope training deals, crafting proposals for engagements following company guidelines.Qualify prospects, developing new training sales opportunities, and ongoing revenue streams.Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.Execute a structured training sales process to close training, adoption, and certification opportunities to include training on NNACV deals.Provide line management responsibilities to fellow TAEs who support other territories within the same GEOQualifications

  To be successful in this role you have: 5+ years in sales or 2+ years leading a team, with the ability to act as a catalyst A firm understanding of Cloud computing, SaaS offerings, and software subscription business models Business/Sales Development or direct sales management experience in enterprise software sales or equivalent Experience with sales force automation and sales engagement tools Travel for training or meetings may occasionally be required FD21
