The Role
As part of the International Payroll Team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the global Payroll strategy. Supporting business growth in an increasingly regulated environment whilst ensuring T&A legislation is up to date.
This is a key role within the organisation overseeing complex multi country Time and Attendance system called Replicon.
Key Project Manager's Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary system administrator for the RepliconConfigure, customize, and maintain the systems according to organizational requirements.Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to integrate time and attendance systems with other HR and payroll systems, ensuring data synchronization and accuracy.System Upgrades and Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure the platforms are up-to-date, secure, and optimized for performance.Data Management: Manage employee data within the time and attendance systems, including user profiles, work schedules, leave balances, and attendance records. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports and provide data analytics related to employee time and attendance, overtime, leave balances, and other relevant metrics. Extract and analyze data to identify trends and patterns.User Support and Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to employees and managers on the proper usage of the time and attendance systems. Address user inquiries and issues in a timely manner.Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure that time and attendance policies and procedures are implemented and followed consistently across the organization. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and streamlining of time and attendance processes. Propose and implement enhancements to maximize system efficiency and user experience.Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with time and attendance system vendors. Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues, manage service-level agreements (SLAs), and explore new features or upgrades.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a system administrator or manager for time and attendance systems, with expertise in Replicon, Kronos, and eTime.Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to time and attendance systems, databases, integrations, and system architectures.Familiarity with HR processes, payroll systems, and labor laws.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.Strong organizational and project management skills.
