Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Brand & DTC - Booker, and working closely with Hospitality Site Managers and Brand Management, the Wine Club Manager will drive Wine Club Strategy and Execution for My Favorite Neighbor portfolio Brands and My Favorite Neighbor Portfolio Brands, delivering significant profitable growth while assuring a leading, luxury Member experience that aligns with each brands identity. This includes partnering across the organization to develop provocative and profitable Wine Club Offerings and effective cross channel marketing programs to promote them. It also includes training hospitality staff on member benefits and inspiring them to acquire members while assuring flawless execution of the Wine Club shipments. This person will have excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders throughout the organization. This person will be highly motivated to create a compelling Member experience that also meets the Brands financial objectives. This person should feel at home working on site, interfacing with Members, Wine Educators, and other business partners, balancing interpersonal interaction, creative ideation, and operational execution. This person will be Consumer and Member obsessed and be passionate about delivering the best experience possible for our members. This role will be supported by an Associate Wine Club Manager as a direct report.
Responsibilities
Develops and executes strategic business plans to drive sales and profits of the Wine Club, Direct (email) and Digital channels.Implements industry best practices to maximize onsite conversions.Leads hospitality initiatives, trains, and inspires hospitality staff, and influences on-site marketing to drive significant growth in Club Membership.Retains and increases lifetime value of existing club members through engagement, consistent follow-up, and outstanding customer service.Works with Hospitality, Brand Marketing, and DTC Creative teams to create Member specific e-mails, Member events, marketing materials, and exclusive packages that drive revenue, acquisition, and retention.Uses data insights, experience, and feedback to develop strategic Club offerings that drive increased Membership.Regularly reports progress and business growth using relevant metrics and adapts strategy to enhance future growth.Manages Concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service to retain customers, drive additional sales, and loyalty.Manages flawless execution of Wine Club shipments and other recurring shipments.Provides forecast for future Wine Club shipments.Owns shipment orders, billing, and information collection from Members.Works with Concierge, Customer service team, and Compliance team to address any compliance issues for shipments.Works with E-commerce and Web team to ensure Club offering is updated and communicated effectively.Continuously strategizes and develop best in class Club Member benefits and offerings.Is willing and able to host both in person and virtual wine tastings for Club members as required by the business.Delivers against financial objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years' experience in Wine Retail and/or Club Management (or equivalent) desired; exceptional, similar experience from outside the wine business welcomeProficient PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with WineDirect a plusExperience Managing Others.Experience working in a CRM databaseGoal and sales orientedStrong Wine KnowledgeDemonstrates a genuine passion for Fine Wine and luxury branding.Is motivated to work on-site with Members
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.Work in a normal office environment. Sit at a workstation for up to 2-hour intervals. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Must have valid U.S. passport.Willing to work some weekend days.

The salary range for this role is:
$76,800.00 - $115,100.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
