POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide oversight and execution of 2D and 3D creative & visual merchandising needs in North America, supporting the luxury brands Kilian Paris & Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director of the two brands, the position will focus on executing end to end creative projects (artwork layouts, visuals cadence, visual merchandising guidelines...etc.) and merchandising projects (in-store merchandising and collaterals, forecasts and allocations, windows, events, visual weeks, pop ups, specialty multi visual merchandising...etc.).
Close collaboration with Marketing, Accounts and Global teams, to ensure alignment on brand image and codes, as well as excellence in execution.
Ability to understand Global codes and guidelines, to applicate and adapt them to the North America market needs.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
. execution and oversight of creative asset layouts, artworks and 2D needs
(event invites, e-vites, visuals, graphic artworks, display units graphics...etc.)
. execution and oversee of video content needs (creation of sizzle reels for retailer presentations, editing of social content for platforms like Tik Tok...etc.)
. execution and oversight of visual merchandising and 3D needs, end to end
(design, development, execution)
. visual merchandising guidelines and schematics (dpt store + specialty multi)
. video and visual content management (in-store screens and visuals)
. audits, collaterals forecast and allocation for in-store support
. in-store visual weeks and events
. pop-ups and brand events
. field support with in-store execution
. supervision of visual merchandising in-store, through store visits, with dedicated support in case of executive visits
. guidelines and in-store support for all retailers (assisted sale) and specialty multi (open sell) like Sephora, COS Bar, Blue Mercury...etc.
. execution of Sephora visual merchandising supports: shelf and tip table overhauls and schematics/updates
. oversight of new store openings (free standing stores, department stores and specialty multi), ensuring visual merchandising design and execution
. focus and responsibility of the US market + oversee of the CAN market with cooperation with local teams
Qualifications
. 4 to 5 years of experience in retail design and preferred graphic design experience
. BS or BA in Architecture, Interior Design or Industrial Design
. Ability to understand priorities, set timelines and vision/strategy of the branda
. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment
. Entrepreneurial spirit, strong skills in Project Management
. Detail oriented
. Understanding of beauty and luxury codes
. Knowledge of materials, production methods and end to end project management
(design, development, and execution)
. Strong skills in 2D and 3D rendering capabilities (Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign) and Microsoft Office
. Experience in luxury and/or beauty and fragrance visual merchandising preferred
. Ability to travel 5% to 10% of the time, based on market needs
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance
and company results.
