Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Manager to join our Virtual Care team.

About the role You will oversee strategy, design, and optimization of strategic projects and net new program design in support of Oscar's Virtual Program. The manager will be responsible for identifying and driving operational improvements to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, and coordinating initiatives across the organization. The manager of Virtual care should also be comfortable working cross functionally, as this role is highly collaborative across multiple teams including product, data, and clinical.
You will report to the Associate Director, Virtual Care.

If you live within commutable distance to our New York City office ( in Hudson Square), our Tempe office (off the 101 at University Ave), or our Los Angeles office (in Marina Del Rey), you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $108,000 - $141,750 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $97,200 - $127,575 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities Organize and lead daily activities for your programs including forecasting, scoping, and project planningOversee implementations end to end to ensure program success including analyzing and interpreting data, setting up proper controls and monitoring, and developing program metrics.Partner with cross functional teams including clinical, data, and product to align on project scope and sequencing Identify efficiency opportunities through process optimization, automation and net new programsMay oversee team members directly as well as mentors and promotes colleagues’ growth and professional developmentCompliance with all applicable laws and regulationsOther duties as assigned Qualifications 4+ years of experience in program management and process improvement3+ years of experience in delivering projects / programs Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and modeling experienceExperience in leading cross functional initiatives Experience managing individual contributors Bonus Points Experience / background in a fast-paced operations environmentHealthcare experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Healthcare Consulting) This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity. Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
