Position Summary
This role is on the business product team of the application supporting our pricing operations teams. This tool is vital to the success of a transformational underwriting initiative to drive profitability across the enterprise.
As a Manager, Underwriting DFM Analytics you will support the development, testing, implementation, communication, and governance of assumptions and rules. You will be a critical member of the team that owns the design, strategy, and build of foundational data forecasting tools to support PBM pricing and underwriting functions. As capabilities increase you will ensure assumptions are built to promote both accuracy and ability to be refreshed easily. You will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of the business and business needs to ensure analytical requirements are accurately captured, communicated to key stakeholders, and prioritized appropriately on the project roadmap. You will support business validation testing and be responsible for performing overall data integrity checks using applications such as Data Bricks, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau. Finally, you will assist with communication and training of underwriting on how to use this information to develop their pricing strategy.
This is a unique role that leverages the ability to combine business and technology acumen to operate as a leader and detail-oriented expert. The role will work closely with the leader of the ecosystem, subject matter experts across Caremark, product owners, and IT colleagues to facilitate a strong relationship to bring the vision and strategy to life through clear prioritization and value proposition for Underwriting. You will be accountable for supporting the development team and users to facilitate resolution, communication, and training on fully tested solutions to meet the business needs.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $136,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
