What you will do-
Collaborate with T&E’s Foot & Ankle operations and commercial leadership to align operational strategies with commercial business roadmaps. Develop a robust portfolio of projects supporting operations and commercial business roadmaps. Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels ensuring cross-functional collaboration and coordination.
Additional responsibilities:
Provide leadership and vision for the T&E Foot & Ankle PMO, setting clear objectives, goals, and strategies
Responsible for evaluating a range of programs and projects and other work within the portfolio with the goal of facilitating staffing, resolving resource allocation conflicts, and monitor staff utilization on the activities that will generate the highest business value aligned with the prioritization process. May recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and develop direct staff
Responsible for leading key programs within the Arlington manufacturing site
Implement project, program and portfolio management standards, methodologies, and best practices to predictably deliver projects
Conduct regular project reviews and provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics
Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle. Set the tone for appropriate project / program risk-taking
Implement an effective communications management strategy to executive leadership with specific emphasis on business objectives delivery, efficient resource deployment, effective risk and issue management
Responsible for ensuring/coaching others in effective meeting management and group facilitation activities for programs/projects in scope of PMO
What you need-
Bachelor's degree required
8 years of project management, program management, quality, manufacturing, advanced operations, or relevant work experience required
