KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Talent and Culture Communications to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement wide-ranging communication and change strategies, plans and messaging to drive key elements of KPMG's HR and talent strategy, including but not limited to performance development, total rewards (including compensation and benefits), talent development, work/life effectiveness, organizational culture and employee engagement and retentionCreate compelling narratives about the Talent and Culture (T&C) organization's strategy and programs for various audiences within the firmUnderstand and effectively communicate complex and technical HR and talent-related processes and programsDevelop content used by Vice Chair - Talent and Culture and other senior leaders to promote and communicate HR and talent-related initiatives, including e-mails, presentations, talking points, video scripts, speeches, and digital and social mediaPartner with and provide strategic advice to T&C leaders and teams to help create proactive communication plans, change management strategies, and messaging to ensure a constant flow of HR and talent-related information to internal audiencesProduce and/or manage the production of communications materials and collateral, including brochures, presentations, slip-sheets, digital/web, and video, and liaising with any third party creative or publishing groups as necessaryQualifications:Minimum seven years of recent communications and/or editorial experience within a large internal corporate communications environment; professional services firm and/or HR communications experience a plusBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment, and to vary writing style and tone to suit different audiences and objectivesExcellent communication and writing capabilities; executive presence and ability to operate as the lead writer/communications professional on large project teamsHighly motivated and collaborative self-starter with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; able succeed under minimal supervisionExperience utilizing and creating content for social and digital media communications channels
