Job Description The Strategy & Business Optimization team supports the Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) team within the Value-Added Services (VAS) division of Visa.
VAS and RaIS are recently-formed organizations whose products have historically operated largely independent of each other. As fraud and identity grow more complex and as Visa seeks to increase revenue growth in these areas via RaIS products, there is a need for a forward-looking coordinated view of how Visa approaches the risk and identity markets (e.g., customer needs, growth areas, buying behavior) as well as coordination of commercial activities (e.g., GTM, commercialization, pricing, revenue planning). The Strategy & Business Optimization team partners with RaIS leadership to drive the overall strategy for RaIS.
This role will focus on following a One Visa approach to developing and driving the strategy for the RaIS business. Focus areas will include evaluating product portfolio levers and commercial levers to drive growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Support overall forward-looking RaIS strategy and narrative based themes, trends, and emerging customer needs developed via close collaboration with RaIS leadership, global and regional product teams, marketing and sales/relationship teams, and Risk. Work with team leadership to construct and maintain a coherent view of market opportunity by customer segment and region, incorporating market/competitive intelligence, and customer insights/VOC, and potential threats. Support projects related to long-range strategy development and assessment of significant organic and inorganic opportunities to evaluate and identify growth levers. Structure and solve a wide array of business problems by collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders. Organize and prioritize critical information, issues, and data to facilitate efficient decision making. Build out unique, creative, and impactful recommendations. Work with team leadership to maintain a coherent view of how the RaIS product portfolio addresses market opportunity by customer segment and region, incorporating market/competitive intelligence, and customer insights/VOC, and potential threats. Structure and solve a wide array of business problems by collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders. Organize and prioritize critical information, issues, and data to facilitate efficient decision making. Build out unique, creative, and impactful recommendations. Coordinate and align product strategy with other VAS businesses including Acceptance, Issuing, Open Banking, and VCA businesses Drive transparency and alignment in product development priorities and roadmap across the RaIS portfolio ·Support individual product strategies as needed ·Support integration of product capabilities from acquisitions/partnerships as needed. ·Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed by RaIS leadership. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 172,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
