Position Summary
Join a growing, consumer-obsessed marketing team to help deliver a simple, engaging and digital-first member experience for Aetna’s Individual & Family Plan business unit. You will be responsible for the development of digital campaigns to drive member engagement and satisfaction. Collaborates to coordinate and improve the member experience while innovating to deliver value. Supporting creative development while making proactive recommendations. Leads efforts in support of overarching team KPI’s.
Support development and execution of consumer-centric creative and on-brand marketing communication of health and wellness initiatives in partnership with the Sr Manager of Member Marketing and our external agency- including direct mail, email, SMS, website, digital, video and social executions
Co-lead welcome and onboard efforts for our new and renewing members utilizing segmentation and member research to develop a targeted and valuable experience
Drive a cohesive and simple member experience- partnering with other business areas to create a streamlined communication journey
Partner with the business unit to develop simple, compelling transactional member communications.
Ensure campaigns adhere to established processes, business and compliance requirements, and style guides to deliver high quality and consistent materials.
Quantify marketing impact of member communications and partner with analytics team to measure, analyze and report marketing campaign outcomes including using tracking codes, unique toll-free numbers (TFN), vanity URL, bit.ly, Spanish translations and QR codes
Strategic marketing brief development leveraging consumer insights
Cultivates and develops key relationships with internal execution stakeholders to accomplish goals
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with a focus on digital
Must be willing to be onsite 3 days a week in one of our hub locations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.
Healthcare marketing experience a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
