The Manager, Digital Citizenship , Technology and Data Governance role will help shape Walmart's ethical use of data and responsible use of technology as we work at transforming ourselves and the retail experience for our customers and associates. The Manager , Digital Citizenship, Technology and Data Governance role will help shape the company's policies and procedures regarding the responsible use of emerging technology. This role will report to the Director of Technology and Data Governance .
What you'll do ...
Monitor policies & standards related to fair and ethical use of data, emerging technology & data taking a risk-based approach Collaborat e w ith Digital Citizenship team members , Global Technology and Global Ethics & Compliance to test & report controls around Data and technology policies & risks Ensur e the highest quality of testing & reporting & adopt a strategic approach to scoping Support with the risk assessment and prioritization of data, legal and privacy risks Identify , report, and address relevant findings around risk assessment and monitoring Provid e f eedback, identify improvements, and collaborat e across Digital Citizenship
What you'll bring ...
Motivation by challenges and are ready to engage at a Fortune 1 scale Background in compliance, business, law, policy development or marketing Great eye for detail and can draft simple, clear, and concise policies and presentations Ability to be organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously Exposure in Internal Audit, Data Management, Data Governance, or tech roles D etail oriented and have the ability to connect the dots in tech, data & data governance Master at making complex subjects easily understood through text and visuals Ability to "get things done" and have a "can do" attitude Comfortable in taking the initial steps to solve problems Exhibit c ritical thinking and problem-solving skills while managing the expectations of our stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications...
