Position Summary
This position is fully remote and may sit anywhere in the U.S.
A unique opportunity to support and drive the segment communications within Aetna's SNP segment. The primary goal of the Project Manager, is to work with team members to facilitate effective and clear communication strategies across multiple levels of the organization.
Works with multiple stakeholders to develop and execute on SNP communication needs including Townhalls, Executive Communications, and manages SNP Hub site including content and permissions. Supports externally focused messaging including sales communications and industry-events. Proactively works with teams to identify opportunities improve organizational alignment through developing clearer messaging. Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing communication channels, based on broad view of the organization. Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, other business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
Consults with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define communication vehicle. Influences change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/ quality/ services. Participates and supports processes to define and help to obtain financial support for most complex projects or supports this work as it relates to the Duals Program Office and/or functional areas that support duals products.
Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments). Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports work/team. Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation. Leads project and/or program management work related to regularly occurring segment level communications including monitoring and tracking of progress and status update communications for assigned projects. Assists others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project plan.
Required Qualifications
Strong communication including social media experience
Strong presentation building skills
Strong project management experience
Experience with development and management of multiple projects, project plans related to various projects and or program
Proven ability to drive and develop executive level communications
Preferred Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in Medicare Advantage
DSNP Experience
Education
BS/BA or equivalent experience and 5-7 years of experience managing projects or programs
Expert level PowerPoint user
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint best practices
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $130,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
