Security Solution Design - Sr. Manager
The security solution design senior manager is a leader who can educate and influence a diverse set of technology delivery teams supporting a wide range of business and technology solutions. Ideal candidates are seasoned security professionals that have proficient backgrounds in digital development, secure cloud infrastructure and enterprise data delivery. Expeditiously setting achievable application, data, and infrastructure security standards in a fast-paced environment is paramount. Collaborating with peer teams to build reference security design architectures is crucial to instilling consistency and effective security controls.
The role is expected to follow security architectural best practices including but not limited to API Security, Secure Coding Standards, Encryption, Key/Certificate Management, Cloud Security, Data Security, Server Security, Network Security, Endpoint Security, and Identity and Access Management. This individual is a self-starter that is constantly taking what they learn and transforming it in real life secure solutions.
What You Will Do as a Security Solution Design Sr. Manager
You will be an active leader of interdepartmental teams and SMEs across multiple areas of technology and security. You will be responsible for ensuring security best practices are incorporated in architecture, design and implementation of cloud-based solutions and technologies supporting the digital transformation initiatives.You will be instituting end to end security for business capabilities spanning multi-clouds, ensuring non-functional requirements are met through the environments.You will ensure appropriate security controls including authentication, authorization, data protection, API security, identity lifecycle events and fine-grained data entitlements are designed and developed according to industry best practices.You will ensure appropriate security practices for protecting data at rest, data in motion, and data in use.You will ensure appropriate security practices for safeguarding servers, workstations, and networks across both domestic and international computing environments. You will use variety of tools to ensure broad and deep observability across distributed systems. This includes practices of metric collection, log aggregation, base level monitoring, deep application monitoring, distributed tracing, anomaly detection, triaging and alerting etc.You will be designing secure solutions considering the core business domains & supporting systems, integration flows and non-functional concerns.You will guide and mentor teams on security controls, secure coding practices, identity management and data fencing practices across multiple product platforms while driving adaption of architectural patterns, design policies and code quality.This role entails understanding of Product Teams and Agile methodology and practices, DevOps and continuous delivery practices.You will build strong partnerships and relationships with stakeholders in Product Management, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Security.You will work closely with support teams, systems and business leads to promote technical and functional upgrades, enhancements and best practices/industry standardsThis role requires having excellent communication skills, interfacing and communication at all levels of the organization, leading discussions and driving decisionsPassionate about learning new technologies, industry trends and mentoring others.
Key Relationships
Constellation Brand's Security Solution Design leader is responsible for institutionalizing consistent security practices across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and data capabilities. For this reason, the Security Solution Design leader must be prepared to work across many different internal and external organizations, and with stakeholders in many different disciplines, including senior corporate leadership, the board of directors, line-of-business (LOB) managers, IT staff, HR, legal, audit, compliance and security (information and physical), and facilities management.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Secure Solutions, including:
Experience in defining, implementing and enforcing risk-based standards, processes and procedures for responding to disruptions in business or IT operationsSecure infrastructure design and management practicesSecure cloud design and management practicesSecure application development practicesSecure data management practices.Overall program management and governance
Minimum of five years of organizational management experience, including:
Proven strategic leadership and relationship management capabilities, including experience with internal stakeholders - particularly senior and LOB management, as well as customers, external business partners and third-party service providersProven competency in executing large projects, on time and within budget, with business and IT personnelExperience leading and managing high-performance multidisciplinary workgroups or teams to meet goals across multiple projectsExperience in creating and defining new operational models and procedures, and explaining complex problems or situationsExtensive experience in leading and managing groups of self-directed professionalsA true business leader, not simply an IT or other operational specialist - strong leadership and communication skills are essential criteria for this position, because the DR program leader's success depends heavily on cooperation and commitment from every level of Constellation Brand's business, and from personnel in many different rolesProven ability to work under stressful conditions, such as business-related crises
Education, Certifications, and Other:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems preferred or related work experienceCISSP certification or equivalentAbility to travel both domestically and internationally

The salary range for this role is:
$110,300.00 - $235,500.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
